Dog Finder

Meet Inook, a sweet young Husky girl who is looking for a special person to help her discover just how wonderful life can be! Inook came to us with more than 10 other Huskies from a not-so-nice situation, and she and her friends missed out on some of the early socialization that helps dogs feel comfortable around people. She is a very shy girl, but with time, patience, and gentle encouragement, she is slowly learning that people can be kind and trustworthy. Inook is still learning to walk on a leash and work on her house skills, so she will need someone willing to help her continue building confidence. At an estimated age of under two years, this young adult has so much life ahead of her and plenty of time to blossom. Inook will need a patient and understanding person who can give her the time and space she needs to feel safe and take those important next steps. She is microchipped and will be spayed in the coming days as she gets ready for her next chapter. If you have a gentle heart and the patience to let a shy girl grow at her own pace, Inook could be a truly rewarding friend to watch blossom into the wonderful companion she is meant to be! If you are interested in adopting, please come prepared -- bring a photo ID, proof of address, everyone resident in the home and if adopting a dog any other dog resident in the home along with their vaccination history. We are open daily from 10:30 - 5:30, no appointment is required.
