Bodhi’s Compatibility: Dogs - He’d like to be your one and only pup Cats - No kitties for this guy Kids - Yes, 13 and up Bodhi has a favorite spot on the couch, and it’s right behind you. In his last home, he loved tucking himself in behind his person for the evening, and he still crawls into laps any chance he gets. This sweet guy has been through a lot of changes in his young life, moving from another shelter to a home and now to us. Shelter life is tough on him, so our team has been spending time with him every day, and he soaks up every minute. He loves having a job to do. He’s learned to hop right up on the treadmill and sniff out hidden treats, and on walks he’s started checking in with his walker for a cheerful “yes!” and a treat. At home, Bodhi is housebroken and does just fine on his own when his people head out. He loves his crate so much that he’ll lounge in it with the door wide open. Bodhi’s idea of a perfect day starts with brain games and a peaceful stroll through a quiet neighborhood, where he isn’t passing dogs around every corner. It ends in a calm, cozy home, curled up in somebody’s lap. He’d love that lap to belong to someone who enjoys positive, reward-based training as much as he does, and he’s hoping it’s yours!
