Rooster is a sweet, playful boy who’s ready to find his forever home! He has a fun, puppy-like side and loves spending time with other dogs, making new friends, and playing with his favorite rope and squeaky toys. He’s also very treat motivated, so snacks are a great way to win his heart! Rooster enjoys walks outside, knows how to sit, and is kennel trained. He can be a little timid around new people and may need some time to warm up, but once he feels comfortable, his sweet personality shines through. Rooster is looking for a family who will help him build confidence, work on his housetraining, and practice his manners when he gets excited. He loves kids but can jump up during play, so a little guidance will help him learn to keep all four paws on the ground. He would love a home with dog friends to play with, but a cat-free home is best for him. Rooster was surrendered when his owner’s living situation changed, and now he’s hoping for a fresh start with a family who will give him all the love, playtime, and patience he deserves. Could Rooster be the missing piece of your family?
