Meet Scarlet! This sweet 6-year-old, 55-pound girl is ready to trade her foster home for a forever home of her very own. Scarlet is the kind of girl who doesn’t need a lot of fuss to be happy—just a soft place to land, a little grass to roll around in, and people to love. Here’s what makes Scarlet pretty special: * Potty trained * Crate trained * Loves to snuggle and be close to her people * Thinks rolling around in the grass is the best activity EVER * Sleeps in the funniest positions—usually belly-up with all four paws in the air! * If needed she will happily take her medicine… especially when it comes with cheese! (Sorry, peanut butter. You’ve officially been replaced.) * Not much of a toy girl—and she’s not destructive in her surroundings * Good with most other dogs * Calm, loving, and simply wonderful company Scarlet has been showing her foster family just how sweet and easygoing she can be. Now, she’s ready for the next chapter of her story—the part where she gets a family to call her own.
