Dog Finder

Oscar is a friendly, two year-old Shih Tzu mix. He’s an owner surrender due to the owner having difficulty handling his puppy energy. He loves to play fetch and gets along well with other dogs. He has no history with cats. He has a tendency to bark at people and other animals, even if he has met them before so I don’t recommend an apartment situation. After he is tired of playing, he loves to sit on a lap. He is kennel trained and sleeps quietly through the night. He’s also used to being fed in a kennel. He is progressing well on walking on a leash without pulling, but still needs more practice. He also is not fully housebroken, but is starting to indicate he has to go outside with a little bark.
