Dog Finder

Miss Buffy is a 10’ish year old poodle mix, (possibly a schnoodle), with beautiful soft non-shedding hair, big brown eyes, crooked ears and the sweetest personality. Although she is nearly deaf, she has picked up on simple hand signals very quickly. (If you pat your legs, she will come running, tail a-wagging)! She is house broken, doesn’t bark, and kennels well at night, although she wouldn’t mind sleeping on a dog bed next to your bed. Once you’ve earned her trust, which doesn’t take long, she is forever committed to staying at your side and will adore you unconditionally. Buffy is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. She has no heart concerns but does have mild kidney insufficiency so will likely require a special diet. Buffy loves snuggling on your lap for hours at a time, but she also enjoys going outside and romping around, exploring all the smells a backyard has to offer. She needs a fenced yard as she can get distracted with her curiosity and won’t hear you calling her back. She walks well on a leash but is not demanding for exercise. She has learned that treats are absolutely wonderful, and watch out if she smells grilled pork chops! She gets along splendidly with other dogs, both male and female, big and small. She is actually learning her foster’s routine very quickly just by following the leads of the other 2 dogs. She could also be an only child and enjoy all the attention she deserves. She will thank her future family with sweet little kisses. If you would be interested in adopting Buffy submit your application HERE https://form.jotform.com/cherishedtails/dog-application
