Dog Finder

Lady has had quite a ruff start...She was confiscated as a tiny puppy in an abandonment case, was returned to his owner and, eight months later, she ended up being abandoned again. This time, she was kennel stressed and, after being at the shelter for a while, became dog-selective with other big dogs. I believe that this was purely fear -driven as she was introduced to a small dog who showed their teeth and she just stood there a little confused. When the small neighbor dog barks at her, she brings her toy to the fence. And, her last exposure was with an old fat Chihuahua and she ran the other way. Truthfully, it will be dependent on how the two get along. Lady loves every human she meets and all she wants is to be by your side. She hates being crated or kenneled and would thrive with access to a secure yard and house to lounge in. She also came with separation anxieties, which are no longer an issue with her. However, I know she would love it if she could find a home where someone is home most of the time. Perhaps someone who is retired or works from home. She is only a year old and I am certain that her soulmate is out there!
