Dog Finder

H! My name is Biilie Jean, and I am currently IN SOUTH KOREA living with a loving foster awaiting to be matched to a home in Southern California! Although I may look like a Diva, I am nothing like one. I am sweet, loving and gentle. I love looking at your face. People say they can't resist my gaze - you would want to pet me immediately. I love getting your attention and making you smile. I love people and crave human connection. I sometimes get a little jealous when I see other dogs get more attention than me. My solution? I nudge myself in front of the other dog just so that I can be seen and hopefully get the attention. I like to be held and gently touched. I will kiss you and rest my head on your lap. Will you be my human? LA AUTO SHOW 2025 (November, 2025) I plan to be at LA Auto Show this year at DoVE Project's booth. If you want to meet me in person, please email info@dove-project for more details regarding the days and hours of DoVE Project's booth. See you then!!! FOR LIMITED TIME ONLY FROM NOW THROUGH NOVEMBER 30TH, BILLIE JEAN'S ADOPTION FEE IS REDUCED TO $600. ********************************* This dog was rescued in S. Korea from an abusive situation. Although S. Korea's new law banning the dog meat consumption is set to go into effect February 2027, and the consumption is all time low, the practice is still in common existence amongst elderly population especially in the rural countryside. No one could tell where this dog would have ended up. Thanks to the rescuers in S. Korea, this pup is longer in danger of getting trapped in dog meat trade! DoVE Project has rescue partners in S. Korea who have their own private shelter and/or foster network. Our dogs stay with either a foster family or a private shelter until they are matched with an adopter in the US. Upon arrival in the US, our dogs stay in foster homes or in boarding, as we do not have a physical facility. These dogs are identified with "in LA" in their names. Please note that we only adopt our pups in the Southern California area.
