Davy Jones aspired to be the next lead singer of a revived boy band The Monkees (Gen Beta style) but then his Schnauzer squeal immediately disqualifies him for further auditions :/ His Schnauzer yap is loud! When he barks for attention, you want to run for cover. It is hard to believe the loud sounds come from this little 11lb body! Davy is always happy and excited to see you; He is such an affectionate guy. He wants to hug and kiss you. He’ll graciously and happily take pets in return. He engages you in play. He’ll try to get you to run so he can chase you because it is so much fun. He’ll play tug, too. He loves toys. He likes to chase a ball or run with it in his mouth. This boy is fast. Especially when he does the zoomies, and you egg him on. Davy will make an impressive running mate. And a walking buddy. He focuses on the walk. Eyes ahead. Minimal to no pulling. Davy likes to take care of business first when outside. He is picky about his poop spot. He usually ends up pooping with his butt pressed against something. Davy lets out Schnauzer squeals when he sees dogs outside. It is merely his way of saying, “Hey you, let’s play!” Davy is a 1-year-old, 11lb Schnauzer mix. He is looking for an active family to go places with. A home with an equally active furry sibling would make him so happy. A home with older children and a fenced yard is preferred.
