Meet Gent – A True Southern Gentleman! ?? Handsome GENT is ready to leave his stray days behind and start the next chapter of his life—with a family of his very own! Rescued just a few months ago as a stray, GENT arrived with a long, heavily matted coat. After a much-needed grooming and veterinary care, this handsome poodle/doodle mix has blossomed into the happy, active, and lovable boy he was meant to be! GENT is as smart as he is handsome. He's highly intelligent and has wonderful manners. He walks beautifully on a leash, rides like a perfect gentleman in the car, and even takes his treats ever so gently. ?? He's a sensitive soul, too. Traffic and loud noises can make him uncomfortable, so he would love a patient, understanding person who will help him feel safe and secure as he adjusts to his new life. GENT has been fully vetted and neutered, and now all that's missing is YOU! He's looking for someone who will take him on walks, give him plenty of love, cherish his gentle nature, and remind him every day that he's finally home. GENT has done his time waiting. Now it's his turn to be someone's beloved companion. GENT is neutered, microchipped and up to date on all vaccinations. His $550 adoption fee covers his interstate health certificate and the cost of transport to the New England area. For an adoption application on GENT click here Please email the completed application to [email protected]. He will reach out to you as soon as your application is processed. Thank you in advance for your patience. Like all of Woof River's dogs, GENT will be beginning his journey in Memphis, Tennessee where he will remain until adopted. Once adopted, some pups stay local in Memphis. Many others travel via one of our transport partners to their new forever homes. We use Pet Express Transport (https://petexpresstupelo.wordpress.com) for our Nashville, Knoxville and New England adoptions. Breed selection is done in conjunction with two local vets and is not to be considered a guarantee but rather a well-educated decision from well qualified staff. Please LIKE Woof River on Facebook!
