Meet Duke! ?? Those ears, those eyes, that face! Duke is a handsome 2-year-old, approximately 35-pound Sheltie mix who came to us from a hoarding case and is ready to find his forever home! Duke is an energetic, affectionate, social boy who loves his walks, meeting new people, and being part of the action. Whether he’s hanging out at home or tagging along to the office, Duke is happy to be by your side! This smart cookie is also eager to learn! He’s food-motivated (and we mean REALLY loves his food!), responds well to verbal commands and his clicker, and thrives with consistent boundaries, training, and plenty of exercise. Given Duke’s past, food is especially important to him, so he’ll need to be fed separately from other dogs to ensure he feels comfortable and secure at mealtime. With the right structure, guidance, and activity, Duke will make a wonderful, fun-loving companion. Could Duke be your new adventure buddy and favorite coworker?
