Meet Moondrop—5 pounds of puppy energy with an irresistible little underbite! Rescued by Waukegan Animal Control in heartbreaking condition. Another stray thrown away by the peole who originally wanted a cute little fluffy puppy. This tiny Shih Tzu is now safe with us and letting her playful personality shine in her loving foster home. Moondrop loves zooming through the house, playing with toys, and romping in the yard—as long as it’s warm! She enjoys other dogs and eagerly invites them to play. Once she’s worn herself out, she’s ready to curl up with her foster mom for a cozy nap. She’s crate trained, but housetraining is still a work in progress. Her ideal family will be young, active, steady on their feet around a speedy little pup, and ready to provide plenty of patient guidance as she learns. Moondrop is looking for a lifetime of love, playtime, and a lap to call her own. Could this tiny girl be your perfect match? Contact REACH Rescue to learn more!
