Dog Finder

APPLICATION LINK: https://shaynesrescue.com/adoption-application-pet-central-satx/ We must have an application to move forward. ANDY is a 10# male, DOB 2/15/25. We anticipate that his is possibly a Papillion mix. He is loving and affectionate. He is a little bit anxious about what other dogs are doing…but he gets along with them and loves to play with them. He also leaves my 4 cats alone. Andy is a picky eater. He was quite skinny when he came to us and we found that he particularly loves Pet Fresh. There are a few others to keep him up to par. He also walks on a leash. He does not appreciate a kennel. He sleeps on a cushion on the floor at the side of my bed…his choice. He can bark when he feels he needs to announce his attendance but once you call him down on it, he will be quiet. He is not yet house trained but he has learned to enjoy going outside. He is leery of strangers at first…but quickly comes around. I would not recommend him for young children. This dog is CURRENTLY IN TEXAS and available for pre-adoption. Adoptions include neuter/spay, vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies), microchip, health certificate, transport with our professional dog transporter, and 6 mos of heart worm prevention. You will receive the dog's folder with all the printouts proving the medical treatments received. You can ask us about how pre-adoption works and our "trial period." Adoption Fee: Includes all of the vetting and transportation. If you have any questions or would like an e-mail from us as to how all of this works, text me (Terry); identify the dog's name and give me your email address... 210-394-6060. If you are not in the position to afford a puppy/dog but still want to be an important factor in dog rescue, we recommend fostering. Fostering ensures you incur no vet bills and no boarding fees while saving a life and enjoying the love of a canine companion. We are always in need of good fosters. You can sign up to foster at this link: https://shaynesrescue.com/foster-application/ Thank you for choosing to adopt a rescue pup/dog. We firmly believe there is NO breed other than "rescue" for all species. Thank you for being part of the village it takes to save these precious lives.
