Dog Finder

Ember is gorgeous! She is timid, sweet, and takes some time to warm up to new people. But if treats are involved, she’ll quietly walk over and gently take it from your hand…and then retreat. She just needs some time and would do best in a calmer home. She gets along well with the dogs in her foster home and they are definitely showing her how to dog the right way. Quite frankly, she is precious and we can’t wait to see her come out of her shell. **This dog is heartworm positive and will be treated by the rescue and will be available for foster to adopt for a local family in or near Charleston, SC that is comfortable with the restriction requirements for the duration of treatment. If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out an application.  We do allow out of state adoptions and any transport costs are at the expense of the adopter.  If you have further questions about this dog, please email us at [email protected] and someone will be in touch as soon as possible. Please note we are unable to hold dogs for adopters as this ties up valuable foster homes. Please understand that we are an all volunteer group and we have jobs outside of this organization.  We do our best to provide quick responses but occasionally they are a little slower.  If you do not receive a response in 48 hours, please resend to make sure it's received. ##2795637##
