About Bugsy
Bugsy was abandoned in a friend's front yard. He was dirty, covered in fleas, skinny, and itchy/scabby skin from the fleas. He is doing much better. He is putting on weight and his coat is improving. Bugsy likes other dogs, but he can be possessive. He would love to be your one and only pup. He is very playful, affectionate, and loyal.
