Dog Finder

Hi Friends! My name is Macy! That’s right, because I should be in the Thanksgiving Day Parade. That’s how much I love to be seen by anyone and everyone. I am a 2-year-old, blue tick coon hound. I am vaccinated, microchipped, and up to date on my heartworm testing. Pretty soon I’ll be getting spayed! My story before AVAS is one filled with lots of time in the great outdoors. I mainly lived as an outside dog, and unfortunately my family’s situation changed, and I had to find a new home. I recently went to a foster home for a couple days and they had the best things to say about me: I love other dogs, I loved playing with their other dogs. I did a great job letting them know when I had to go potty, I’m a good snuggler, and I tend to gravitate towards people when I’m not playing. They said I would likely do well with kids that are stable on their feet, and can anticipate my energy and help me burn some of it off. I’d love to meet you, I’m available at the shelter Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm. If you have questions give my friends a shout at [email protected] or by phone at 989-348-4117. Hope to see you soon!
