Dog Finder

Josie has already had a little adventure before even reaching her first birthday! This 11 month old Border Terrier and Cairn Terrier Mix was found with Javier at Stater Bros in Rialto. Whatever their journey looked like before that day, Josie is now getting a chance to start fresh and find somewhere she can truly settle in. She’s at that fun in-between age where she’s not quite a puppy anymore, but still has all the time in the world to grow, learn, and experience new things. With her Terrier mix roots, Josie is a young girl who has plenty of potential to become a wonderful everyday companion. She’s good with children and other dogs, making her a candidate for a home with little ones or canine friends. Josie is ready to trade her unexpected stop at the grocery store for something much better: a permanent address, a family to share her days with, and a name on the mailbox that says she’s home. We hold an event every weekend at our facility on SATURDAY and SUNDAY 11-5pm and open to the public. It is first come first serve we do not evaluate applications prior to an event. If there are multiple interested parties in the same dog or puppy at the same time we would pick the best out of the 10 applications. Please visit our social media platforms for the specifics for each weekend as it changes from week to week. Please find our application at lovejoyfoundation.org when you come to an event please bring that filled out in hand with you. You can find our application at Lovejoyfoundation.org. Please note a Petfinder and Adoptapet Inquiry is not applying for the dog. You have to come to the event or send an email inquiry to our records email.
