Gardinia is a beautiful 3-year old female mixed breed (possible Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier mix) who was picked up on Main Street in Belpre Ohio by a Washington County Ohio Deputy Sheriff along with Gardinia's companion (Marigold) who may be her mother. Both girls were transported to HSOV on October 9th 2026. Gardinia and Marigold were wearing nice flea collars, but they were not wearing id/dog license tags nor were they microchipped. Gardinia has a brown/brindle-and-white coat, a long tail, and anadorable symmetrically-marked brindle/white face with expressive brown eyes, a chocolate brown nose, and short floppy ears These photos of Gardinia were taken on the afternoon of October 12th 2026 when HSOV Shelter Manager Tracy Lynn Moore accompanied Gardinia for her outdoor glamour pictures. This lovely girl has a very friendly disposition and loved attention. Gardinia weighs approximately 60-65 lbs, and she walked well on a leash for Tracy. In compliance with the Ohio Revised Code, Gardinia and Marigold were held for the mandatory three-day stray hold so that their family would have the opportunity to reclaim them with proof of ownership. Since nobody called or came looking for these girls, we are accepting applications for them. Gardinia and Marigold will be spayed, and we will try our best to find them a loving home
