Meet Puma, a sleek, long-legged 1-year-old Catahoula mix with energy to burn and a curious, soulful gaze that takes in everything around her. Puma is happiest on the move, whether that’s exploring the trails around Silver City, chasing a ball across a big yard, or keeping pace on a morning run. Like her sister Nellie, who is also waiting for her forever home here at HDHS, Puma is smart, athletic, and ready for an active family who will give her plenty of exercise, adventure, and room to grow. In return, you’ll get a loyal, playful companion who’s up for anything. Puma is spayed, and her adoption fee is $85. All HDHS dogs are altered prior to adoption. Call 575-538-9261 to meet Puma today!
