Meet Bubu! A handsome, 77-pound German Shepherd with a big personality, plenty of energy, and a whole lot of potential! At just 2 years old, Bubu found himself on the wrong side of a little luck when he landed in the shelter. He didn't get much socialization in his previous home, so he's still learning some of the ropes, especially when it comes to other dogs. We're working with him here and helping him build those skills, but he'll need a home that understands him and is willing to continue setting him up for success. Bubu is a friendly guy with people, loves his squeaky toys, and has plenty of that classic German Shepherd energy. He's looking for a family who knows and loves the breed, children 16 and older, and a home where he can be the one and only pet. No dogs or cats for this handsome guy! Bubu has so much to offer the right person. He just needs someone willing to look past his rough start and give him the chance to show what a great dog he can be. Could that someone be you? *Reminder* We are currently facilitating adoptions through appointment only. If you arrive at the shelter without an appointment to meet a dog, we may not be able to assist you.
