Hagrid is a loving, relatively active companion who would enjoy a family willing to include him in walks, adventures, and everyday life. He does not do well with cats and does not ride particularly well in the car, but he is otherwise an easygoing and well-behaved boy. While Hagrid has lived successfully with young children and does not take food from their hands, he and Remy are a bonded pair and must be adopted together, so their new home will need to be able to accommodate Remy’s needs as well. Hagrid is the more outgoing and gentle of the two and may help Remy feel secure as they adjust to their new home. With patience, love, and continued training, Hagrid will make a wonderful companion.
