Meet Blueberry ???? — your future adventure buddy! Blueberry is a 5.5-year-old, 52 lb sweetheart currently being fostered in Corvallis, OR after being rescued from a Southern California shelter. He’s the perfect mix of playful energy and grown-up maturity — ideal for someone who wants an active companion without the puppy chaos. This happy, wiggly guy loves: ?? Long walks and exploring the neighborhood ?? Food puzzles (his orange treat ball is a must!) ?? Tug time with his favorite blue cow toy ?? Snuffle mats and enrichment games Blueberry is deaf, which makes him extra special — and honestly, a pretty peaceful housemate. He sleeps soundly through noise and settles well in his crate, especially with a frozen treat. He already knows hand signals like sit and down, walks nicely on a leash, and is continuing to build great manners and impulse control. He’s: ?? Crate trained ?? Potty trained ?? Friendly and affectionate ?? Full of personality and joy Blueberry would thrive in a home where: ?? He can get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation ?? He may be the only dog (or with slow, thoughtful introductions) ?? A fenced yard is a bonus, but not required ?? His humans are excited to continue working with him using positive reinforcement He may have some prey drive (squirrels beware!), so careful introductions to small animals are important. Blueberry absolutely loves his people and will happily follow you around with a wagging tail and a big smile. If you’re looking for a loyal, fun, and unique companion, he might just be your perfect match. ?? Reach out to learn more or meet Blueberry — he’s ready to find his forever home!
