Dog Finder

Duke is a handsome, people-loving pup with a fun, playful side! He loves running around the backyard, chasing balls, and soaking up attention from his humans. He would be a great match for a family who enjoys getting outside and having fun with their four-legged companion. When playtime is over, he knows how to settle in and relax inside the house. He’s also doing well with potty training when kept on a consistent schedule! He would love having a playful dog sibling to run and romp with, but it’s certainly not a requirement. Most of all, he’s looking for a family who will give him love, attention, and a place to call home. He’s a new addition to his foster home, so we’re still getting to know all the things that make him special. Stay tuned as we learn more about this sweet boy! Duke is estimated to be 1 year old and 52 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, and have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested. If you are interested in meeting this dog please complete the adoption application on our website at https://safehandsrescue.org/adoption-process/ and then we can contact you about setting up a meeting.
