CHESTNUT IS A LOVELY BOXER/GERMAN SHEPHERD, 15 MONTH OLD FEMALE FOR ADOPTION HOUSEBROKEN, SPAYED, ALL VACCS. LOOKING FOR WORK. Fawn and white "Chestnut", is lively, enthusiastic, and highly trainable. Learns commands, listens intently. 14 months old, 67 pounds, housebroken, spayed, all vaccinations including Bordetella, microchipped, de-wormed, de-fleaed, vet exams, all complete. CHESTNUT is highly trainable, as she pays close attention to her person. She will thrive with an active, athletic parent. She is great in a big dog park with many dogs. Comes directly when called. CHESTNUT has: Intelligence, enthusiasm, athleticism, loyalty, temperament, and energy. CHESTNUT is an excellent Agility and SAR (Search and Rescue) candidate. Gets along with ALL dogs in big dog park. No aggression. She is an alpha female. Very energetic and athletic, would love an athletic owner or athletic interim foster while awaiting her forever home. Too energetic for small kids or older seniors. Her wonderful new dad (our friend) was hit by car in a parking lot, had badly broken leg, in hospital with multiple surgeries. He won't be able to have a dog for the foreseeable future. He is trusting us to find her a great permanent home.
