Donations Needed for Vet Care -PayPal: [email protected] or checks to CCR, P.O. Box 1050, Kannapolis, NC 28081. No Phone Calls. We aren't taking applications until vetting needs are done. This girl was found as a stray, and her vet care has been very neglected. She has skin & coat issues, a cataract in one eye, hookworms, whips and fleas and liver issues are high. She will also need a dental. She is heartworm negative and has no tick disease. Meet Mocha. She is a chocolate Cocker Spaniel girl about 3 to 4 years old. She was found as a stray up in the mountains by a man and his family 4 months ago. He took her to a vet to see if she was micro-chipped and she wasn't. Trying to see if someone was missing her, he kept her and finally decided to ask for help because they couldn't keep her. She is a very sweet, a bit bossy and a dominate girl. She will need house training help and leash training. An appointment had been made for spay (vet found a spay scar) and she had a dental. She was taken to an eye appointment which we had made for late October to see if cataract vision in her one eye could be restored. Specialist said she is a candidate for cataract surgery, but we will need to raise $2960 to $3200. We are slowly working on getting her vet care needs done, but we need donations coming in right now to help pay her vet costs. Please donate to her care. Please help us get this dog healthy so that she can eventually be adopted into a loving home. See above on how to donate to her care. Mocha will not be available until all vetting needs have been addressed. No animal deserves to be neglected like she has been, please help us by donating.
