Molly was adopted from us a couple of years ago and unfortunately just returned to the shelter through absolutely no fault of her own. She is a total love bug and desperately wants to break out of the shelter asap! Molly Rose is a 4 year old lovable bulldog mix with a personality as soft and squishy as her adorably wrinkly face. We first found Molly Rose at a shelter in Detroit a couple of years ago. She was skin and bones, in rough shape, with ears that had been clearly "cropped" at home and cut way too short. But one look into her soulful loving eyes told us this girl was worth saving and deserves the best home out there. We're so sad to see her back at the shelter and so is she. Molly Rose is a master of snuggling, always eager to curl up and soak up the attention of those around her. She's shy at first but it doesn't take long for her to warm up and melt your heart. She loves to smoosh her face into you for pets, walks well on a leash but is very strong, loves but scratches, and if you hit the right spot behind her ear for pets, she'll start kicking her leg in appreciation. Molly is obsessed with her stuffie toys and will happily carry them around showing off her prized possesions. She has lots of energy, would love a yard to play in, but enjoys calm cuddle time too. You get the best of both worlds with this girl. She is house trained as well as crate trained and loves people. She can be shy at first. especially with men or little kids, but she warms up very quickly and loves everyone she meets. She has not been around cats and would probably be best as the only dog in the home at this time. Molly Rose is around 4 years old and is spayed, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, heartworm tested negative, and kept on prevention here with us. With her unique blend of bulldog charm, puppy dog eyes, and sensational wrinkles, Molly brings a dash of whimsy to every room she enters. She's silly and adorable and we've all fallen madly in love with her. You will too! This low rider is beyond ready to have her very own happily ever after. She can't wait to be a part of a family.
