Boomer is a male Labrador Retriever mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Boomer is 7 years old as of 2026. Boomer is best suited for an adult only home who are active and patient. He has a lot of energy, loves to play fetch and entertains himself with his toys. He can take time to acclimate and would be best in a quiet home with a yard and a doggy sibling his size. No city or apartment living for this guy and best in a home without cats.  He is completely house trained but is not a fan of the crate.   If your home sounds like his peaceful place, please apply online to adopt Boomer at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org.  All pets are current on age-appropriate vaccines at the time of adoption Given technical constraints on this database, this pet's location may not be as listed here. We can, however, provide transport support for pets in foster at a considerable distance from the adopter. Boomer's adoption fee is $450.
