Spooks is truly one of the best dogs I've ever met. She is highly intelligent, intensely loyal, and forms incredibly strong bonds with her people. She thrives on one-on-one time, structure, and engagement. Spooks would be an exceptional companion for someone who can match her energy and provide focused attention. Because of her size and energy, returning to a shelter kennel would be incredibly stressful for her. We are looking for a foster or an adopter. Age: 6.5 years Weight: 73 lbs Temperament: Gets along with dogs with slow intro, cats and older sturdy kids Training: Housetrained, crate-trained, has basic training Vetting: Spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm negative and on prevention Email for questions:    http://[email protected] To ensure we're meeting both pet and adopters' needs, we ask potential adopters to complete an Adoption Application (www.bit.ly/DH-Adoption) for caretakers to review. Once your application is approved, we will bring the adoptable pet to your home for a preliminary visit.
