Jolly Boy: Loyal 65-lb Lovebug Jolly once kept a homeless man company through the night, and he’s been devoted to people ever since. He’s about 4, a huggable 65 lbs, and happiest at your side. About 4 years old, 65 lbs, neutered male Housetrained, crate-trained, good on leash Good with dogs and cats Neutered, Vaccinated, heartworm negative He’s sweet with family and protective when strangers approach. He relaxes when someone else is in charge, so structure and basic training will help. He can be stubborn, but a treat gets him moving. Escape artist: he’ll slip out an open door, so watch outside doors and keep him securely leashed outdoors. Best fit: adults or older, sturdy kids, and someone ready to provide structure. Interested adopters are asked to apply at doggieharmony.org/forms and allow a home visit, so we can make sure each pet is a great match. Please ask the pet’s current caretaker directly about their return process, and request an adoption contract. While we can’t offer immediate intake for dogs that need to be returned, we’re always happy to help a family rehome a pet while they continue to care for it. Every match keeps a pet out of Georgia’s overcrowded shelters, where more than 30,000 dogs and cats are euthanized each year. Last updated: 11/3/2026
