About Carter

Coming to us as a stray, this cute 3-month old is now on the ‘road’ to becoming furever family member to his very own family- Meet Carter! We don’t have any information on this cutie other than he is cute, he is 3 months old and he is super cuddly and sweet! He was not chipped and had no ID when he arrived to us, and no family ever came to reunite with him! If you have puppy patience, and can give him the consistency and training he requires, along with nothing short of forever, he is here waiting to meet you! Ask for Carter, as our adoption kennels are still full and he won’t be found there! Please only consider adopting if you are sure you can promise forever- as Carter deserves only that! We are a first come, first served and in-person adoption center located at 430 Bristol Drive, Statesville, NC. Hours: Monday–Friday 12–5 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m.–2 p.m. Meet and greets with other dogs and children are always recommended. We don’t know how they do with cats and have no way to test for this. The 3 3 3 Rule for shelter pets: 3 days to decompress 3 weeks to settle in 3 months to build trust His adoption fee is $80. All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on age appropriate vaccines and preventatives. Adopters must establish veterinary care after adoption to maintain their new family member’s health and wellness. Please bring a collar and leash, or purchase a combo from us for $15 to safely take your new pet home. Carter / A322985 3 months old Neutered male 17.90 pounds #adoptfromicas #myicasrescue
