Female | Cattle Dog Mix | Ruby is a fun-loving, playful puppy with a sweet personality and endless energy for games of keep-away and running around. Rescued from a wild dog pack in the county at approximately 6 weeks of age, she has thrived in foster care and is ready for her forever home. She is good with adults, children, other dogs (timid at first but quickly becomes friendly), and cats (she happily plays with the resident cats). Ruby is house-training and crate-training in progress, walks on a leash in progress, rides well in the car, and is not a flight risk. She has a low-to-moderate bark and is only slightly food-protective. Energy level is moderate — she thrives with regular exercise and play. A home with a yard is ideal, though she can live in an apartment with committed daily activity. She does not require another dog in the home. This dark red brindle beauty with minimal white markings is affectionate, handleable, and full of puppy joy. She’s looking for a family who will love her playful spirit and give her the active, loving home she deserves.
