Dog Finder

Meet Loki. He is a very beautiful, young, active Border Collie. He is about 1 year old and currently weighs 41 pounds.. He loves other dogs and playing chase with them. Toys are a must. A tennis ball is one of his favorite toys. He will play with any toy but unless it is a durable toy he will shred it in no time! He is happy to meet anybody and is super sweet. He doesn’t realize his size so, though he is good with kids, they need to be old enough that he doesn’t knock them over. Once he has some training quickly learn not to jump up. He is very smart so learning new things will not be hard for him. If you like doing sports with your dog Loki would be a good candidate. I’m sure he would enjoy learning agility, fly ball, frisbee or any other interactive sport. Loki would do best in a home with a fenced in yard where he can run and play. He would also benefit with another dog that is similar in size to play with but this is not a requirement. Border Collies are beautiful dogs that a lot of people might think they would be great to adopt but not everyone should adopt a Border Collie . They are very active and smart. If you do not have the time, attention or the desire to do activities with them they will get bored. They will find something to do that might not be something you would like. If you are an active family that enjoys doing things with your dog please consider filling out this application to adopt Loki. You will not be disappointed. He is an amazing dog!
