Meet Roxy!! Roxy is a blue eyed 3 year old, 23 lb spayed female currently living in Puerto Rico. She was rescued by an independent rescuer who takes in only as many dogs as she can personally work with and care for. That means Roxy has not grown up in an overcrowded shelter environment. She has had the benefit of individual attention and time to learn.  She is a good girl, ready to please and play.  Roxy can walk on a leash, knows how to sit, and is already showing what a wonderful companion she can be. Now she is hoping for the opportunity to leave the island and find a loving home of her own. She is vaccinated, microchipped, spayed, and under 25 lbs. Roxy deserves a family who will give her the chance to be someone's beloved companion. Roxy will require regular grooming so make sure that fits in your budget before considering her.  Her adoption fee is $400.
