About Rascal
Meet Rascal!
Rascal came to PRBJ when his owner was no longer able to care for him. He is sweet boy that loves to cuddle and be near his human. He is housebroken and good with other dogs. He has not been around cats or kids so we are not sure how he is with them.
He is a little strong on the leash and could use an owner that would enjoy taking him for walks to help him lose a few pounds.
